Assist in the execution of credit control, and monitoring of installment billing to achieve team targets in accordance to the Company's business plans.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Strategy and Planning
- Nil
- Policy, Process and Procedures
- Ensure that all processes conducted are documented in a standard format and that this is maintained accessible
- Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
- up with advice to underwriting and processing staff to ensure mínimal discrepancy
- Establish and maintain an efficient, effective relationship between Finance and other Business Unit
- Technical Performance
- Maintain debtors accounts including collection of all monies due and payable
- Monitor and control payments from intermediaries
- Produce accurate and timely reconciliation of all intermediaries
- Identify and rectify any system problems resulting from investigations and queries
- Assist in preparing ad hoc reports
- People Management
- Nil

**Required Education**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

**Preferred Competencies/Skills**
- Communication skills
- Client service skills
- Problem solving skills

**Preferred Experience**
- Past experience in collection or reinsurance

**Preferred Licenses/Certifications**
- working toward a professional accounting qualification

**Preferred Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of credit control processes
- Good knowledge of insurance
