Student Relations:

- Address any inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hostel facilities and services
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and address their issues/needs effectively.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of all staff and student
- Handling daily office operation regarding the hostel management
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Facility Management:

- Coordinate with cleaning staff to schedule regular maintenance tasks and inspections.Monitor security measures and address any safety concerns or emergencies.

Assist CEO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO

Qualifications:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in admin/hostel management field/customer service
- Female, married and matured (30-35 years old)
