**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Support Mulesoft anypoint software, which include upgrade, patching, and performance tuning.
- Work closely with Mulesoft Architects to design and implement Mulesoft solutions
- Provide technical assistance to Mulesoft customers and partners
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in Mulesoft development

**Role-specific Requirements**
- Ability to do development on Mulesoft platform to build composable services and APIs.
- Experience to provide testing and load test mulesoft platform
- Have Mulesoft Certification
- Appointed by Mulesoft as the official vendor to develop their platform.

**Skillset Competencies**
- Experienced in or prepared to manage and communicate with external and internal stakeholders
- Good problem-solving skills and pro-active in proposing constructive alternatives
