We are looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be involved in our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behavioural science, data science, and digital design.

**Who we're looking for**

Education and Professional Certification
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling or Master’s degree in Professional Counselling, **and**;
- License registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/mental health sector;
- Proficiency in Cantonese (spoken), Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required for our specific target market.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Answering calls for emotional support;
- Assessing clients through detailed conversations, exploration, and observations to determine the appropriate intervention;
- Assisting clients with coping strategies;
- Keeping confidential records;
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
- Liaising with Naluri Careline Admin to ensure continuity of care when necessary;
- Able to work a shift schedule.
