**Job Summary**

The Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant Malaysian laws and regulations.

**Job Requirements**
- SPM/STPM/Diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- **Experience as a payroll clerk or similar role**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., SAP, HR2000, QuickBooks) is a plus
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations
- Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Process and manage payroll
- Collect and enter duty roster data
- Update payroll records for changes
- Prepare payroll reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Assist with audits and documentation
- Coordinate with HR and finance
- Stay updated on laws and regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and filings
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Update employee records
- Assist with onboarding and orientation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews
- Manage inter-company mailing
- Prepare internal communications
- Maintain cleanliness of hostels and compounds
- Support HR with tasks
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Handle mail and correspondence
- Liaise with government departments for licenses and permits
- Assist in organizing events and functions
- Perform other ad-hoc duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
