Good artistic and flair for design for presentation.
- Designer with high quality presentation drawing ability.
- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
- Good working knowledge in building statutory requirements.
- Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
- To meet datelines and maintain a consistent high standard of work.
- Result-oriented, able to work independently with good planning and organisation skills.
- Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
- Able to handling, coordinating and liaise with clients or designers.
- Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.
- Manage the design team

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Experienced applicants with design background in commercial, offices and residential preferred.
- Well versed in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand sketching and etc.
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Flash and etc. is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
- Able to attend meetings and handle site supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to work in team with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time positions available
- Working Hour : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday)

9.00 am - 1.00 pm (Saturday)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara
- Salary RM 2,500 - RM5,000.00
