Job Responsibility:

- Fully responsible for the boutique daily operations such as opening/closing and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Greeting and serving walk-in customers.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Organising products in the physical boutique properly.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new product.
- To perform the fulfilment of the incoming orders, ensure the order and parcel has pack correctly.
- To responsible for daily picking, packing and labelling.
- To assist in loading and unloading of goods.
- Identify if there are any issues with items while packing.
- Prepare daily “Opening Story” on Instagram or Tiktok Stories for social media engagements.
- Conduct Live Streaming as a Host on social media platform on a daily basis.
- Introduce, promote and demonstrate the products during Live Streaming.
- Interact and engage with online audiences.
- Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during Live Streaming.
- Assist media team in playing as model or host for product reviews or short videos.
- Report to Managing Director if any issue or damage with the items.

Requirement and Qualification:

- Minimum educational background in SPM/Diploma of any field or minimum of 1 year experience in operation/retails or similar role
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance, cheerful, energetic and comfortable to talk in front of camera.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in going live on social media platform like Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram or etc.
- Experience in video and editing using Canva, CapCut or any editing apps.
- Able to work on roster and shift arrangement.
- Proficiency to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Have own transportation.
- Can work on Weekend/Public Holiday.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Sunday : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Lunch Break: 1 Hour
- Off day: Tuesday (or any days decide by Managing Director)

**Benefits**:

- Sales commission if target is achieved.
- EPF, SOCSO, SIP contributions.

- Probation period of 3-6 months.

**Can start June 2024. Prefer Male staff**

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
