E-commerce Assitant

Yukimoto is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team. If you have a background in e-commerce, are proficient in handling store equipment, particularly POS systems, and have a keen eye for visual merchandising, we invite you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute opening and closing of the store according to our established guidelines.
- Effectively handle all store equipment, with a focus on the POS system.
- Support and implement visual merchandising, merchandising, and housekeeping according to store guidelines.
- Maintain both stock room and shop floor in perfect condition, ensuring all products are readily available for customers.
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts, contributing to the proper management of store assets.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise, ensuring all items are prepared to our high standard.
- Prepare parcels for shipment, following all packaging guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via our online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with restringing services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail role.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Experience in handling online customer service.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

**Working Days**:
This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week.

工作日：这是一份全职角色，一周工作5天。
