Job Responsibilities
- Perform the talent acquisition functions inclusive of job posting, screening, interview arrangement etc.
- Conduct for Employee On boarding and Induction Programme for New Joiners.
- Preparation of Employee correspondences such as Appointment Letter etc.
- Design for the recruitment tools such as banner, pamphlets, inclusive website maintenance.
- Engage in public career fair and an education institution’s career and alumni center.
- Involve and promote in employer branding exercise.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good working attitudes and pleasant personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work equally well both internal and external parties.
- Organized, committed and high integrity.
- Well versed with the current recruitment trends and provide pro-active recruitment strategies.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
