- Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 5 years of experience working with developers or contractor firms or supervising high rise project.
- Able to work in Rawang, Selangor
- Ensure all works to be done according to specification and drawings.
- Monitoring work progress and quality control of various sub-contractors.
- Co-ordinate among various trades of sub-contractors.
- Preparation and submission of site diary.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Record day work and submit to Project Manager for certification at the end of the day.
- Co-ordinate, plan and supervise structural and architectural works.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
