IT Support

**Summary/Objective**:To ensure end use and systems are functioning properly**:
**Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.**:

- Take on day to day maintenance tasks and projects.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Support daily issues from global Samtec.
- Administer Samtec NA systems as responsibilities are assigned.
- Responsible for the company IT operations equipment include hardware, network infrastructure and servers
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
- Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

**Required Experience**:
1. 3 years related experience / similar position.

**Preferred Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or any other similar technologies is a plus.
