Mis Technician

Malaysian citizen;
- Possess Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent;
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in network environment, active directory, windows network administration, installation and configuration;
- Knowledge in PC & Server hardware peripherals, LAN, WAN, windows server operating system, office automation software with hand-on troubleshooting skill;
- Able to carry out routine and corrective maintenance of the Toll Collection System (TCS), Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) and office computers and peripherals;
- To ensure the functionality of all toll equipment and toll booth accessories in order to minimize down time and inconveniences to the Toll Collection Services;
- Able to prepare performance reports for defective toll equipment, tollbooth accessories and TCSS equipment by end of the month for internal review and report submission to the MHA;
- Able to attend to any emergency calls (24-hour stand-by), to attend call back for any emergency incident or malfunction for TCS and TCSS system;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Positive working attitude, self-driven, resourceful, systematic with strong analytical skills;
- Committed, reliable and able to work independently under tight schedule.
