**Role Description**
This is an on-site contract role as a Data Entry Assistant. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Accurately input data into designated systems, prioritizing completeness and precision.
- Verify entered data through thorough reviews, corrections, deletions, or re-entry as necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality standards for all sensitive company information.
- Retrieve data from diverse sources, encompassing physical documents and digital files.
- Conduct regular backups to guarantee data preservation and security.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the data entry process.
- Promptly identify and report errors or discrepancies in entered data for immediate resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related field are a plus.
