Multiskill Technician

To carry out preventive maintenance work / BD & attend service requests according to KPI / SLA;
- To submit daily reports to the Regional Office;
- To update outstanding work status to Regional Office and follow up until work completion;
- To provide feedback & communicate with end users on the work status;
- For SEMP technician, to carry out Energy Management Services (installation, analytics, service, report, etc.);
- To pursue continuous development programmes to enhance your skills and improvement of knowledge;
- To attend roll calls as required;
- To submit and compile documentation/filing for PPM, Service Work Orders, Daily Report, Log sheets and Delivery Notes;
- To carry out preventive maintenance for chiller plant electrical DB such as Inspection, trouble shooting and cleaning.
- To gives support and attend job as per request by AIMST’s representatives
- To attend any request for support from other Regions.

Requirement:

- NIOSH- Authorized Entrant And Standby Person For Confined Space. (If you do not have company arrange for the training.)

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HVAC/ AHU/ FCU: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- B2/ D (preferred)
