**Working Hour** : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm)

**Requirement**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Talent/Host Management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with live stream operations and e-commerce live streaming, with strong planning and execution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Scope**:

- Update project plans and track benchmarks for branded and unbranded hosts.
- Coordinate with departments such as Live Operations and Video Production for host profile production and distribution.
- Maintain host databases, research issues, and implement changes.
- Conduct host recruitment and performance guides for live hosts.
- Collect, analyze, and report on host performance data.
- Schedule and coordinate materials for weekly live host training sessions.
- Manage off-day and shift schedules for hosts.
- Collect and compile host commission data.
- Arrange weekly talent shooting schedules.
- Develop strategies and materials for host engagement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
