Job Requirements ;
- Obtain Diploma in Finance

Job descriptions ;
- Review and check invoices with supporting documentation and payment requests
- Sort, code and match invoices and to process invoices including approval based on LOA up for payment.
- Enter AP accrual and upload invoices into system, post transactions to system and other records.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies / issues and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- To prepare monthly/quarterly basis vendor reconciliation based on vendor SOA and SAP System.
- To update vendor on payment advise and to compile payment vouchers with supporting documents for filing.
- Any other duties from time to time.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
