Chef/ Cook

HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE CHEF

YOU NEED:

- Proven experience as cook.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods. (griling, baking, boiling, etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- Able to work as a team player.
- Able to commit 6 days of work per week.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In charge of cooking and preparing the dishes.
- Maintain excellent food quality.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Responsible of the kitchen and surrounding area in conditions that meet the safety and health standards of the authorities.
- Remove any hazards and ensure safety in kitchen and also check for any defects in the kitchen and equipments.
- Keep kitchen cleaniness and hygiene standard.
- Responsible for food and menu planning, food costing and quality control.
- Monitoring inventories and assist in purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors.
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

- 50% (preferred)
