**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA**

1. Perform original/copy cataloging of all formats of library materials to facilitate their identification, access, and use.

2. Generating and updating MARC for the EDS Database.

3. Generating monthly report for books and AV materials holding statistics

4. Raise PR in Peoplesoft for library materials.

5. Arranging and performing in Library Briefing/Library Orientation

6. Performing daily book shelving duty.

7. Performing work shift duty (morning, night, open days & info days)

8. Assisting Article Request service

9. Recording and reporting Library Briefing/Library Orientation statistic

10. Prepare library promotional poster if needed.

11. Arranging and managing repository database 12. Performing Circulation counter duty when needed

13. Supervising student withdrawal cases

14. Assisting students to use Library services and facilities.

15. Performing weeding of library materials

16. Liaising with other INTI Library campuses on the matters of renewing/cancelling the online databases.

17. Liaising with book vendors/Proxy service vendor for cancellation or order issue.

18. Updating any referencing style if updated.
