Handle daily accounting transaction (Payables & Receivables)
- Send payment advice/ notification to the supplier
- Prepare reconciliation statements for creditors (monitor discrepancies in payment)
- Prepare daily Invoice & Delivery Order
- Prepare official receipt
- Handle Petty Cash
- Reconciliation of debtors
- Communicate with suppliers’ accounts dept to solve the issue.
- To ensure proper maintains of record, documents, and filling
- Ensure internal and external queries are attended timely
- Undertake all other duties and responsibilities given by the CFO
- Hardworking with good attitude and attendance
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply

Pay: RM1,351.40 - RM2,000.00 per month
