Maintain peace and orderliness in the hotel.
Prevent any potential crime outside people may carry out in the hotel.
Keep a close guard and check all cashier areas. Escort the General Cashier when transferring money to and from the bank.
Co-ordinate with all in house departments.
Co-ordinate with the management in creating a safety manual.
Handle accident and complaints promptly and tactfully. Investigate and take appropriate follow-up action.
Maintain good public relations with the district police personnel, and exchange valuable information with the view of safeguarding and protecting the hotel, its guests and employees.
Comply with all Hotel polices and procedures.
Provide special security for VIPs.
Perform any other duties as required by the Security Supervisor or HR Manager.
