**Position: Management Trainee (Business Development)**

**Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business development initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and relationship-building activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in **English**, **Cantonese**, and **Mandarin**, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop in the business development field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
