**Qualifications and Responsibilities**:
Minimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years as a Club Manager.
- Demonstrated track record of exemplary leadership, good communication skills, and consistently achieving targets.
- Proficient in managing budgets, analyzing financial statements and reports, enabling effective planning, strategizing, and execution.
- Well-versed in social media marketing.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Possesses professional judgment and discretion gained through years of experience.
- Collaborative team player.

**Member Services**:

- Provides personable experience to members and guests, aligning with the community-centric culture of the Club and actively engaging with members, guests and staff to enhance member satisfaction and participation.

**Personnel Management**:

- Creates work schedules for departments based on operational needs and programming requirements.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, and managing disciplinary matters of staff in all departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
