**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attending to all electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works, painting works, handy works and others.
- Carry out daily inspection on common areas
- Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor
- Attending and following up on owners/tenants's complaints
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procuders
- Provide support to Immediate Superior in ad-hoc duties

**Qualifications**
- Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience in property/facilities management.
- Added value if registered Electrical Wireman Certificate under Category PW1-PW4
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships
- Possess own transport
