Testing and Inspection: Collaborate with the team to conduct tests on installed systems, checking for proper wiring connections, voltage levels, and overall functionality. Perform troubleshooting and rectify any issues identified during testing.

Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance of solar systems, which includes cleaning solar panels, checking for loose connections, and replacing any damaged components. Ensure optimal performance and longevity of installed systems.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols at all times. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required, and ensure that all electrical connections are properly insulated and secured.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Maintain documentation of wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and any modifications made to the solar energy systems.

Communication: Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and project managers, to communicate progress, challenges, and updates on installations. Communicate effectively with clients, answering their questions and providing guidance on system operation and maintenance.

Problem Solving: Participate in identifying and solving technical issues that may arise during installations or system operation. Work creatively to find solutions that maintain system efficiency and safety.

Adaptation to Technology: Stay updated with the latest solar energy technologies and industry trends. Incorporate new techniques and best practices into your work to enhance the quality of installations and maintenance.

Part-Time Schedule: Adhere to the agreed-upon part-time schedule, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and clients. Uphold the reputation of the company by delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
