Assistant Petrol Station Manager

Overseeing day to day operations of the petrol station.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the petrol station building and equipment.
- Overseeing operations are in compliance with the Health, Security, Safety and Environment (HSSE) rules and the local authority requirement.
- Stock management and ordering from Select shop merchandise, lubricant to wetstock (petrol and diesel).
- Monitoring stock holding level and ensure accuracy of physical stock vs computerized record.
- Hiring, discipline and motivation of staff. Conduct induction and OJT for new staff.
- Monitoring staff performance.
- Handling customer's complaints concerning operations.
- Manage cash flow/cash in cash out, account of Petrol Station.
- Monthly activities report submission to the retailer and relevant petroleum company.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
