Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Implement strategies to reduce stock-outs and overstock situations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- **Order Processing**:
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping and delivery.
- Track and resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and strategies.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
