Other duties include setting up, maintaining, cleaning, and removing dining room fixtures and utensils. 3. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. 4. Responsible for all service at his/her station/outlet. 5. Bartender/ Barista greets arriving guest(s) in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease. He/she leads them to the assigned table and addresses guest(s) by name when the hostess leads the guest(s) to the table. 6. Bartender/ Barista never uses equipment for any purpose for which it is not intended, either by House rule or by custom. 7. Bartender/ Barista is aware of all House rules, and he/she not only obeys them but assists in enforcing them. He/she must conduct in a manner that so encourages fellow employees to do likewise. 8.
