- About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Master Data & Insights team as an Analyst Cataloguing Operations who will be responsible for the creation, changes, deletion and governance of Master Data, whilst ensuring consistency and integrity of cataloguing.- Manages new and existing sets of master data, cleanses and improves the quality of master data across BHP
- Applies an understanding of Master Data Management practices to enhance efficiency, drive optimisation and maximise value
- Uses and interprets data from Master Data Management operations to make decisions and overcome challenges.
- Prioritises work effort and resources according to capacity and demand.
- Uses analytical tools/ techniques to identify relationships between multiple sources of information.
- Maintain expected standards and processes to drive quality and set the foundation for improvement.
- Supports the Lead of Operations with performance and insights on the end-to-end risk, service delivery, issues and the relevant mitigating actions.
- Knows our customers and is obsessed with meeting their needs.
- Engages the capabilities and effectively communicates with the entire organisation.
- Foster an environment that promotes teamwork, customer service, and action-oriented.

- About You-
- Bachelor’s degree and/or similar qualification in engineering, commercial, business and/ or technical discipline.
- Collaborative mindset and advanced interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, good analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Highly capable of building constructive long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to think laterally to independently resolve issues and influence change.
- Able to operate SAP system with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to support Team Leaders to deliver upon department KPIs.
- Experience with the processing of SAP Master Data would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of business processes and SAP MM module functionalities.
- Working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology.
- Preferably fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
