**職責**:
- 充當代表,處理居民要求和公眾投訴
- 進行前廳部的活動,包括接待、預訂、行李服務和交通,以確保前廳部的順利運行
- 與所有相關部門建立並維持密切和富有成效的工作關係,以確保所有居民得到良好的照顧
- 能夠在入住率較高期間追加銷售客房住宿,以實現收入最大化
- 為所有內部/外部客人提供禮貌和高效的服務
- 確保所有投訴和請求立即解決並由相關支援部門跟進
- 以服務至上的方式迎接所有居民/客人
- 熟悉PMS並配合IT經理進行定期系統維護
- 負責為到達的客人分配和分配房間
- 確保所有分配的房間均按要求分配,並確保不重複分配
- 及時、有效率、順利地為客人辦理入住手續,確保他們按照前廳部政策和程序進行登記
- 準確更新系統中的客人詳細資訊並明確說明付款方式
- 在日誌中記錄任何不尋常的事件和事件以及仍待採取後續行動的所有重要事項
- 負責準備任何客人入住所需的所有材料
- 離開前檢查所有出納交易並平衡所有交易。任何差異必須報告給客房部經理以進行更正
- 有效更新和維護當前房間狀態,並在需要時通知上級
- 執行有效的關鍵控製程序
- 負責所有用品的充足庫存,例如列印材料、表格和文具。在認為有必要時啟動補貨
- 不斷檢查所有形式的信件,例如訊息/郵件/包裹是否及時送達
- 與客房部協調解決房間差異
- 處理輕微的客人投訴並向上級報告投訴的性質和採取的措施
- 執行並遵守員工手冊中規定的規則和條例
- 接待潛在客戶並參觀飯店
