Beauty Trainer

(Selangor - Shah Alam)

**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct training to dealers and provide support to achieve company goals.
- To work closely with other education team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.
- To deliver technical training and product training as per schedule at HQ office.
- To coach and guide dealers’ staff on both skill and retail training at dealer outlets.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered and follow up on post-training.
- To support promotional roadshow and company’s events from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years’ related experience, preferably those from beauty / skin care industry
- Good communication and people skill
- Good complexion
- Computer literate
- Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively during weekends when required
- Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
