Bukit Jalil, Malaysia Plus Xnergy Full time

Preparation of monthly closing/management and financial reporting & ensure timely and accurate payment. & provide support for daily/weekly/monthly operational finance matters.
- Liaison with local authorities and relevant government bodies/relevant stakeholders to ensure relevant certificates/licenses are obtained and renewed timely.
- Manage HQ office administration/expenses including replenishment of stationaries/pantries, rental, parking, utilities, courier and etc.
- Attend to general call/enquiries externally while update/managing office directories.
- Coordinate with building management for office maintenance/parking/company event purpose.
- Managing business travelling (accommodation & flight ticket arrangement by liaising with hotel/agent/relevant stakeholders and etc).
- Documentation management, including documentation preparation, submission to relevant authorities, tracking and compilation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Accounting degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail and analytical.
- Independent and able to communicate well.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
