Responsible for design developing, editing, and generating CNC program for 3-axis/ 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Perform scheduling and preparation of all CAM files for the CNC machining process.
- Responsible for the fabrication process to operate CNC milling machines and ensure smooth productivity.
- Perform verification on workpiece dimensions using designated measurement equipment following mechanical drawing.
- Carry out continuous improvement on CNC programmed to optimize CNC process lead time, accuracy, and quality.
- Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
- Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup.
- To troubleshoot technical problems during the fabrication process and conduct process fine-tuning if required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related CAM programming using Master CAM or SolidworkCAM or SolidCAM.
- 4 years experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAD, CAM and MasterCam
- Capable of programming own work on MasterCam and holding close tolerances.
- Technically competent with good analytical skills, result-oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
