Job Description: Ø Design of injection molding tools, to include pilot through high cavitation production, for plastic injection molding of high precision, tight tolerance plastic parts and design fixtures and jigs. Ø Responsible for Tool Design, fabrication and modification of Injection Moulds, Pressure Die casting Die etc Ø Responsible for Machining shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes and assembly of dies as per design. Ø Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify Moulds, die Casing Dies, jigs, gauges, and tools, using machine tools and hand tools and make sure the alignment of die before try out. Ø Maintain the spare tool parts elements and punches, casting Die inserts elements to reduce machine stoppage. Ø Perform, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive maintenance and yearly maintenance as per Schedule and Implementing. Ø Planning and monitoring of critical spare part for all the Die Casting Die & Moulds. Ø Trouble shooting of Injection machine hydraulic machines etc. Ø Manufacturing, maintenance, Inspection & calibration of jigs & fixture. Ø Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments. Ø Conduct test runs with completed Moulds & Casting Dies. Ø Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects.
