About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Performing general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculation of Intercompany recharges
- Creating monthly Intercompany Invoices for all regions around the globe
- Operating on General Ledger as well as Customer and Vendor Subledgers
- Clearing cross-company different accounts
- Handling Intercompany Asset Transactions
- Reconciling intercompany transactions using available financial reporting systems
- Maintaining and clearing Intercompany GR/IR accounts
- Reconciling General Ledger accounts (special attention paid to GRIR and Intercompany)
- Performing Intercompany Netting Process (upload and post netting transactions)
- Coordinating Netting Process (according to set calendar, supporting with netting issues)
- Resolving standard queries and issues related to relevant processes
- Assisting internal and external Audits
- Contributing to process excellence initiatives (according to LEAN methodology)
- Handling with Intercompany Loans

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Background or experience in Finance & Accounting
- Intercompany experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills (functions, pivot table)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Understanding of General Ledger processes
- Solution and service-oriented approach to work
- Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
- Paying attention to details, good organization of work, ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work fully remotely in dispersed teams
- Fluency in English (B2) (speaking and writing)
