**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statement
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly ageing reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Issuing receipt on collections
- Updating the bank account & GL on collection
- Responsible for petty cash reimbursement
