**Job Description;**
Prepare spreadsheets for data entry, including budgets, accounting information, etc.
Manage bookkeeping for all sales, expenses and transactions.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
Update and maintain financial records.
Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
Tracking and reconciling bank statements.
Attend and take notes at all financial department meetings.
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preparing balance sheets
Participate in quarterly and annual audit.
Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
Process tax payments.
Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulations.
Update and maintain financial records.

**Requirement;**
Minimum Degree or higher education in Finance or its Equivalent.
At least 2 years’ working experience in similar position or related working experience.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in or equivalent.
Proficient and excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Required skill (s): MYOB HBS or SQL accounting system will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Corporate finance: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Malay (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
