Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization, ensuring optimal space utilization and efficient product flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels, to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is desired.
- Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin
