QA Officer

Execute investigation and corrective action of the customer complaint through 8D Report.
- Liase and work closely with cross functional team to resolve any customer quality issues and complaints.
- Provide timely updates and follows up on open internal and external issues of all assigned changes, investigations, and corrective & preventive actions to ensure their effectiveness.
- Effectively coordinate and manage RMA process, in-house purge and MRB meeting for the non-conforming part.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating quality related documents such as ECN, declaration letters, green compliances documents & Certificate of Compliance (CoC) as per customer requirement.
- Conduct inspection on finished goods using various tools and equipment such as digital calipers, micrometer, dial thickness gauge and video measuring system based on engineering drawing and technical specifications.
- Provide support on New Product Introduction (NPI) for First Article Inspection (FAI) Report and PPAP submission to customers.
- Assist superior during customer and third-party audits by ensuring that the manufacturing organization complies with the ISO9001:2015.
- Taking care outgoing quality meet the customer requirements/standards.
- Handle weekly quality meeting for Auto Insert and Assembly Production.
- Familiar with writing 8D report for customer complain and feedback.
- Familiar with ISO9001
