- Coordinate with different departments to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
- Manage key customer accounts, handling invoicing, complaints, and shipment updates.
- Update customer contracts regularly and oversee shipment scheduling and bookings.
- Create invoices and introduce new products to existing clients.
- Prepare monthly sales reports based on shipment data and provide regular order status updates.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
