Machinist

1) Assist supervisor in the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.

2) Responsible for day-to-day shift schedule that includes workstation assignments/rotations.

3) Assist production supervisors in coordinating production stamps, changeovers, and prevention maintenance.

4) Responsible to meet daily shift production out and quality goals and target.

5) Make sure production runs smoothly and materials are sufficient.

6) Plan and organize maintenance for machines, respond to breakdowns, report down time.

7) Provide troubleshooting on jig & fixtures setup on the shift.

8) Responsible for set up and operating CNC Milling/Turning machine.

9) Ensure all production data are well recorded in the ERP system.

10) Ensure daily operation of shop floor with good housekeeping 5S, safety and preventive maintenance activities.

11) Ensure all equipment and machines are in good condition before and after operation.

12) Any other job responsibilities assigned by the superior as and when required.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
