**FUNCTION**: Operations - Product Deployment

**SALARY RANGE**:Starting at RM5,400 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

**LOCATION**:Guoco Tower, Damansara City

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: Senior Product Development Manager

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Geographic Scope**:Asia Pacific & Middle East

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

**Operational**
- Conduct a variety of tests and data analysis on products to evaluate variability and performance of product by using a range of statistical methods
- Assist with the planning and running of experimental studies and write formal technical reports to established British American Tobacco standards
- Work with 3rd party test houses to process product testing following regulatory and internal requirements
- Handle materials ordering and inventory of specific consumables materials and product

**Management**
- Planning - short to medium term workload planned accordingly to priorities, understand and applies their responsibilities under the EH&S policy
- Budget - Support budget management through tracking of spend
- Systems - coordinator and administrator of TaO system, 3DX system and Coupa system

**Relationship**
- Identify and communicate product risks/issues
- Participate in working with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams on project activities
- Work with the Quality function in the processing of quality data to better understand the product performance and causes of consumer complaints

**Innovation**
- Identify and suggest changes to operating procedures or product specifications for subsequent approval
- Maintain and raise awareness of technical development for business and self-improvement

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- ** At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent**:

- ** Prior working experience in the relevant field would be a plus**:

- ** Good IT skills including proficiency at using MS Office**:

- Good verbal and writing capabilities in English
- Experience in technical report writing, and laboratory would be additional advantage
- Good analytical skills and experience in statistics, good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining flexibility
