Affiliate Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through outreach, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure new affiliates understand our program, commission structure, and promotional guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and regular communication.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide feedback to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, tracking links, and other resources to help affiliates effectively promote our products/services.
- Ensure that affiliates have access to up-to-date promotional materials and tracking link.
- Offer training and guidance to affiliates to help them optimize their marketing efforts.
- Monitor affiliate activities, traffic, and conversions using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and commission payouts. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and improve performance.
- Ensure affiliates adhere to program policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Conduct audits and reviews to maintain the quality and integrity of the affiliate program.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to fraudulent or non-compliant activities of affiliates.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Communication.
- Good command of English and Malay language in both written & verbal.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
