Job Description:
As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility is to attract and retain members for our organization or facility. You will be the face of our membership program, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential and existing members. Your role involves understanding the needs and goals of prospective members, offering tailored membership solutions, and effectively closing sales to meet membership targets.
- Key Responsibilities:_
1. **Sales** **and Consultation**: Engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals, interests, and needs. Provide personalized consultation on membership options and benefits, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the offerings available.
2. **Lead Generation**: Actively generate leads through various channels such as referrals, outreach, events, and networking. Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
3. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with current members to enhance retention rates. Address member concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive membership experience.
4. **Membership Enrollment**: Guide prospective members through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Handle paperwork, payments, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
5. **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly membership sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our membership programs and closing sales.
6. **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and pricing of various membership options. Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
7. **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive membership growth and awareness.
8. **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Requirements:_
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based environment is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing members.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, or the specific industry of the organization.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
