- Job Description:

- Prepare Delivery Note, Quotation and Purchase Order when necessary.
- Record material taken from store, signed by receiver. (Jotform Apps - maintenance site)
- Record purchase list for store and maintenance site. (Double check with payment voucher list)
- Record and filing purchase of new machine and repairing cost for maintenance site machine.
- Prepare Material Consumption Report before 15th every month. (DN, payment voucher, petty cash, shell card, claim)
- Comparing price, supplier, and arrange transportation delivery to site.
- Manage machinery hardware order.
- Keeping track of machinery repair list and monitor the turn around time of the machinery being repaired
- Updating stock record for supervisor and store and update price list by month.
- Perform monthly stock take and order should the quantity below the threshold
- Renew all company vehicles road tax and insurance and arrange for Puspakom inspections
- Arrange and ensure the store room is always neat and tidy
- Assist account in calculating claims and other administrative works assigned by the management from time to time.
