Job Scope: a) Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures and the system of accounting and its related internal controls. b) Responsible in ensuring financial resources are obtained (either internal or external) and utilized both profitably and effectively in the accomplishment of the Company’s objectives, including controlling cash flows and management of working capital of the Company. c) Responsible for coordinating the Company’s operating activities as efficiently as possible and ensure existing assets are managed efficiently so that to maximize Company profit. d) Prepare production cost analysis and perform as internal auditor for products costing. e) Responsible to coordinate well with Company Account’s auditor on all financial audit matters. f) Responsible for prompt collection on all due payment from customer and independent checking on all payment issued. g) Responsible for ensuring appropriate license, permit, insurance related matters and others are in good order. h) To coordinate well with Company Secretary on Company’s Resolution and other related matters. i) To allocate and supervise the operation of Finance Department and monitor performance of staff. j) Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP will be an added advantage. Job Requriments: a) Minimum LCCI Higher or Certificate in Accounting, preferably Diploma in accounting or other related discipline, or / and b) Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing manufacturing account and understanding of taxation will be an added advantage. c) Leadership style and interpersonal skills suitable for directing, training and motivating subordinates. d) Good communication skill and analytical skill and able to coordinate with all level of staffs. e) Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English. f) Ability to work independently without close supervision. g) Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
