**Job Summary**:
**The Job**
- Go-To-Person from GEGM for RPA program and liaison person between Group RPA Centre of Excellence (COE) team and internal LOB stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deploy robotic automation solutions using industry-standard RPA tools, provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability.
- Primary focus on modelling, configuration and developing robotic processes during the development stage per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements.
- Comply with design and coding standards, policies and procedure for every development effort set by Group's RPA governance and Company's standards.
- Execute testing on the configuration and development of the robotic / automated processes.
- Work closely with Group RPA COE team to implement automated processes that has been developed.
- Responsible for the successful deployment planning, implementation, and sustainability of GEGM RPA initiative growth with internal LOB stakeholders.
- Integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
- Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, development session and pair-programming whenever necessary.
- Investigating and documenting best practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development. **Software Automation Testing**:
- Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements, ensuring adequate coverage of functional and regression testing.
- Script Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts using QTP/UFT, focusing on reusable components and maintaining script efficiency.
- Continuous Integration to automate testing into the CI/CD pipeline to support agile development practices.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and collaborate with the QA team to integrate automated testing into the overall testing process.
- Identify, report, and track software defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes and automated test scripts. Provide training and documentation for QTP end-users and stakeholders.
- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
