Mill Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing production and safety issues at mill.
- Record on process record, checklist, and report to the Management from time to time.
- Assist in daily operation, routine monitoring, and production control.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet both the standards of the mill and any public health and safety standards that may apply.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure workers follow SOP and safety guidelines at all time.
- Controlling workers’ discipline, welfare, and other related matters on daily basis.
- Monitoring performance, work product and quality of the product.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Fast learner, independent and self-motivated.
- Must be willing to work on shifts and on ad hoc basis.
- Experience on mill processing and basic knowledge of Sustainability will be an advantage.
