IT Project Executive

Managing IT projects to ensure successful implementation and completion.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders to determine project requirements, scope and progress.
- Constantly monitors project progress to ensure project objectives are met.
- Create and maintain project budget and project milestone.
- Reporting, updating progress and good communication management.
- Coordinate and lead the applicable training.
- Plan and manage project budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Sourcing and working with approved vendors.
- Support other IT related scope and IT departments.

**; Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in related role is preferred.
- Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle, System Support/Maintenance, Networking and infrastructure is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- A highly motivated and innovative team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
