Suspension Specialist

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test aftermarket motorcycle suspensions and forks.

Integrate servicing of suspensions and forks, ensuring optimal performance for customers.

Collaborate with race teams to provide technical support and guidance on suspension setups during races.

Conduct research and development to improve suspension designs and performance.

Perform data analysis to optimize suspension tuning and enhance product performance.

Work closely with the design and engineering teams to develop new suspension products and improvements.

Advise subcontractors on die casting, forging, and CNC processes for suspension component production.

Troubleshoot problematic suspensions sold in the aftermarket to identify and diagnose defects.

Utilize in-house service center facilities to service suspensions and address any defects or issues.

Provide training and support to customers and teams on proper suspension setup and maintenance.

Stay current with industry trends and innovations in motorcycle suspensions.

Requirements: Degree in Engineering is preferred

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
