Working Mode: On Site

**Job Type**: 12 months contract based (Contract renewable / High chance to absorb as permanent - based on performance)

Job Location: Petaling Jaya

Experience: More than 5 years of experience as Project Manager in Mobile Application development

Only Local Malaysian preferred

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum more than 1 year of experience in Mobile Application is a must
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantage.
- Banking and monetary processes experience would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any computer related studies or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful completion of projects
- Great interpersonal skill, self-motivated and customer-focused with an outgoing personality and analytical mind
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel to client sites.

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
